Parkinson's

No, I don’t mean the disease. I discovered Michael Parkinson’s show just when he aired his final conversation. Since then, I’ve been YouTube-ing his interviews and they are awesome. The one thing that separates him and other talk show hosts is that he goes deep into the personality of his guests. They talk about drugs, and sex, and insights. Most of his guests are British, and it’s nice to see people like Michael Caine, Billy Connelly, Pierce Brosnan, David Beckham, and a long list of other celebrities reveal themselves to him. His show is nowhere as superficial as David Letterman’s or Jay Leno. I really enjoy them and you would too if you appreciate fine British humour. And did you know that David Beckham suffers from slight OCD? Like yours truly.

Time to move on

I switched from a Dell laptop to a Mac mini around 2 years ago. So I’m fairly new at Macs, but honestly from a simple-everyday-user point of view, there’s nothing much to learn. So the experience I had was phenomenal. I don’t think I’ll ever miss using Windows. But the time has come for me to move on from my Mini. It’s cute and all, but I’m looking forward to using something even more stylish.

Are Mac users more elegant?

I was reading through Unclutterer’s Workspace of the week, and there was this thread about how many photos with Macs in them. Macs occupy the most beautiful, stylistic, neat workspaces! So I started to wonder: Do people buy a Mac to because it’s elegant and neat, or did they start to act all elegant after they got their Macs? Which came first? The innately neat user, or the need to be neat with the Mac?

I am Legend's Original Ending - If you’ve watched ‘I am Legend’, you’re probably as disappointed as I when Will Smith kill himself at the end. This is the original ending as it should be, but didn’t make it to the final cut. It shows a little more compassion and that there is HOPE.
